How do I get involved?

The first step in getting involved with the Furnace is to attend a “Learn to Burn” training. In this training you will learn more about the Furnace mission & vision, gain a greater understanding of the Furnace basics and connect with Furnace leadership.

Application
Any individual desiring to become involved with the Furnace as an Intercessor, Team Member or Staff Member must complete the application, as well as turn in a pastoral recommendation after the Learn to Burn training.

Auditions
To be a part of The Furnace as a musician, singer, dancer or artist you must be approved through an audition.

Ongoing Leadership Training
Following the Learn to Burn, Furnace Intercessors, Team Members and Staff are required to attend occasional leadership training times with other members of The Harbour leadership team, as well as serve in special conferences or events.
